Ending another shift at their law firm, Matt Murdock, Foggy Nelson, and Karen Page go to Josie's Bar to kick back and hang out. Nelson talks business with Kirsten McDuffie, while Cherry celebrates his retirement from the New York City Police Department and talks about the new vigilante White Tiger in New York City. Suddenly, Nelson receives a call from Benny Cafaro whom he stashed at his place after helping him out, but is now being harassed by someone. Nelson tries to calm him down and says that Cafaro is simply being paranoid, but Murdock hears that Cafaro is in danger and rushes off to check on him, which Nelson did not want to happen.
