Episode overview

Come smell the magnolias in this episode of Trading Spaces! Our homeowners can't wait to re-energize their houses with a new look from their neighbors and our Trading Spaces team. Danielle and Otan need a change, from their stylish rooms upstairs to a less formal area where they can relax, so they'd like an adult recreation room in the basement. Will designer Santo-Tomás' ""tropical paradise"" design knock their socks off, or will it knock them off their feet in horror? Across the way, Ian and Dawn are looking for a jolt of color in their beautiful but bland home. Designer Jon Laymon goes to work creating a sophisticated one-of-a-kind ""wildlife"" décor for their dining room. Will Jon's artistic senses take over and result in a design that's tasteful and appropriate or off the wall? This episode, our designers take our teams for an unexpected tour of a jungle paradise. Will our eager homeowners be prepared for the new designs Jon and Hildi have installed in their homes? Find out by tun
