Determined to prove herself, Shawna is ready to tackle a brutal timeline and do much of the work herself-even if it means swinging a hammer in her cowboy boots. James sees potential in the house but thinks Shawna might be underestimating the work needed to make this house profitable. The house is buried in jungle-like landscaping with a dated, choppy interior that needs a full gut job. Shawna is hustling to stay one step ahead of James and prove she's partner and profit-sharing material, but with pressure mounting, will her all-in approach pay off, or has she set herself up for failure?
