Episode overview
The Sierra Nevada, one of Mogul's largest tankers, runs aground on a Florida reef with a cargo of 120,000 tons of oil as a hurricane approaches. Brian Stead sends Peter Thornton with authority to have the ship bombed if the coast is threatened, but Alec Stewart, who regards Florida as his territory, backs salvage expert Hans Daniels and his plan to refloat her.
