Overview

The Film explores the inner world of artist Ma Wei-a small town-scene trapped in eternal night. Initially, there were only dull spectators, flat characters and Ma Wei herself, paralyzed by a creative crisis. Everything changes when her own creation, He Ling, gains free will. Between the creator and the work begins a fascinating struggle. Through the collision of illusion and hard reality, he Ling breaks the narrative shackles, and Ma Wei undergoes spiritual liberation, embarking on a new artistic journey.
